Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders Rs. 500 or above. Shipping charge of Rs. 60 on order value less than Rs. 500.

Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at orders@vega.co.in , within 24 hours of order placement. If your order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation immediately. If your order has already been shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with a product you have ordered from www.vega.co.in . There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged product or a different product from the order that you have placed. In such cases, before using the product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the product at: Email ID: support@vega.co.in OR Call: 080-69496949

(a) Terms for Return/Replacement

    • Please do not accept delivery of any item if the outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
    • Please contact support@vega.co.in if you open the packaging and discover that the item is incomplete or damaged within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Kindly note that Vega Industries Private Limited (VIPL) will not be able to accept any return/exchange of product(s) if such a case is not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).
    • Product should be unused and should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, warranty card, user manual, pouch and invoices.
    • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount within 15 business days.
    • Please share images of the outer box (front and back) with the courier label and images of the received product from multiple angles. A clear unboxing video showcasing the product condition upon receipt and the issue is mandatory.
    • Once your ticket is received and examined by our team, and approved. We will pick the item from your shipping address.
    • Replacement/return of products less than 500 INR will be applicable only in cases of damaged product received.

(b) Refund policy

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Vega Industries Private Limited (VIPL). Refund will be processed via RTGS within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of receipt of returned product by Vega Industries Private Limited (VIPL).

Please note that Vega Industries Private Limited (VIPL) shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the customer’s bank account as that is managed by the customer’s issuing bank.

Exchange

For exchange other than defect or damage, kindly email your query to support@vega.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the product. Terms & conditions apply.

Note: Shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.
